So I haven't updated in a while... I just have been busy and not feeling the vibe... so... here we go!

New Hampshire "Right to Life" group up in arms that 'pro life' protesters exposed children visiting Planned Parenthood to abortions...  No... really... Planned Parenthood provided answers to questions about free health services they offer (annual exams, pap smears, STI testing,etc) and the group is angry that these students were exposed to abortions (wtf does that even mean, praytell?) even though the only people who approached them on the subject were the 'pro life' protesters who accosted the poor kids outside with shouts and signs that read "Babies killed here."  ~headdesk headdesk headdesk~   Argh.

While we're at it-  FOX and CBS refuse to air Trojan commercials claiming they're "innappropriate for tv" because they don't emphasize the use of condoms for health issues...  Yes, the networks that bring you such high-brow shows like Survivor, Rules of Engagement (promo pictures for which include people embracing in bed), Family Guy, and Cops (wasn't the OC on Fox? why yes, yes it was) are worried about the implied sexual nature from CONDOM COMMERCIALS.  Thank god, it doesn't seem like people are buying it...  Have you seen this commercial? It's great...  
PS Fuck you Bill O'Rielly...   Also, I know I shouldn't laugh, but this guy has a point...

OH YEAH! The Supreme Court has loosened rules regarding election ads... 'cause THAT'S what we need. 
Also- they ruled to futher limit the rights of free speech for students... you remember the "Bong Hits for Jesus" (trite, and unoriginal, but hey) who was suspended for waving the sign OFF CAMPUS, AFTER SCHOOL?

It just keeps getting more and more rediculous.  Like Mr. Franklin once said, "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
